Terms of Use

1. What AMASS Connect does

AMASS Connect is a directory and introduction platform. We help customers find local service providers and send enquiries, requests and booking requests. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider, and we do not employ providers.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

3. Payments

Customers pay providers directly. AMASS Connect does not collect, hold or refund payments for jobs, products or services. Prices shown on the site are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) and are set by providers.

4. Provider listings

• Providers must be authorised to list their business and keep their details, prices and hours accurate.
• Listings are reviewed by AMASS before they are published, and we may decline, edit or remove listings.
• Free trials and plans are described on our Pricing page.
• Featured or promoted placement is clearly labelled.

5. Verification badges

Verification means AMASS has completed specific checks. It cannot be purchased with a plan and is not a guarantee of workmanship, quality or safety. Customers should still use their own judgement.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. Do not post content that is false, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or that contains someone else's private information. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Smart Planner and suggestions

Recommendations are drawn only from real listings on AMASS Connect and are suggestions, not endorsements.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, AMASS Connect is not responsible for the services, products, conduct or pricing of providers or customers, or for disputes between them. The site is provided "as is".

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
