• Requests and enquiries: contact details, dates, locations, descriptions and any photos you choose to upload.
• Provider details: business name, contact and social links, services, hours, location, experience and optional registration documents.
• Messages sent through our contact form.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and show provider listings.
• To pass your requests to the providers you choose to contact.
• To review and approve providers and complete verification checks.
• To send service emails, and marketing only if you opted in.
• To prevent misuse and improve the site.

3. What is public

Published provider listings show business details the provider has chosen to publish. Street addresses and map pins stay private; home-based and privacy-minded businesses are shown only by approximate community. Registration certificates, licences and qualifications are never public and are seen only by the provider and AMASS administrators.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers or customers you contact, with trusted service companies that host our site and send email on our behalf, or when required by law.

5. Location

"Near me" search uses your device location only when you allow it, to sort results by distance. We do not store your precise location.

6. Keeping it safe

Information is stored with access controls so only the right people can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your choices

• View and update your details from your account.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete your account.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date above.
